Author Visit

On Monday 14th November, we were visited by the author Emily Gale who shared her book ‘Mighty Maurice’ as well as her journey to becoming an author.  The children enjoyed listening to her story all about Maurice, a Moose, who goes on a journey to find a place he belongs. The theme that it is ok to be different ran throughout her book and the day as it was also the launch of Anti-bulling week. All the children and staff wore odd socks on this day to celebrate that we are all unique!
